From Doha to Ankara: The Day Hamas Found Nuclear Shelter Under A U.S. Flag

The election of Donald Trump has caused panic in the U.S. deep state. However, it has had an even more significant impact on the global military-industrial complex.
It is not hyperbole to state they are intentionally making calculated efforts to move the world into an irreversible global conflict with the hopes of avoiding the potential for a time of peace.
Many today are citing the WW3 ramifications of Ukraine launching U.S.-made long-range missiles into the mainland of Russia. However, even more devious and nefarious actions have already occurred just days before the election. Forcing Hamas to seek new refuge in Turkey has created a ripple in the Middle East conflict that is very quickly becoming a tidal wave; let me explain. On October 28th, at the insistence of the "Biden" Administration, Qatar issued orders to Hamas to vacate its offices that were being occupied with the intent that a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas leadership could be reached. These offices were maintained as hotlines to allow both parties a neutral space to meet and discuss hostage returns and the potential for a ceasefire.
The Biden Administration made it clear that Hamas' presence in Qatar 'was no longer useful, and the Hamas delegation should be expelled.' The Biden administration stated that this coincided with the unsealing of the indictments filed against Hamas leadership earlier in February of this year. It is essential to note the timeline because the Biden Administration is saying this was an inevitability due to the unsealing of the Case. These actions could have significant implications for the future of U.S. foreign policy and the stability of the Middle East. The Case in question was unsealed on September 3rd, almost two months before the Biden administration issued the decree to Qatar, insisting on the closing of the offices Hamas was occupying. When they unsealed it, AG Garland made the announcement via video. The Administration insisted that this unsealing was due to the fact the secrecy had been in the hopes the U.S could take into hen-Hamas leader Ismail (Ha-nee-yeh) custody, but that his assassination on July 31st, along with other developments, i.e., three of the six men charged now being deceased, had led them to the determination to unseal the indictment.
What is peculiar about this entire indictment is that it seems primarily symbolic and has little chance of being carried out. But to use it as the Case for issuing the decree to Qatar just a week before a U.S election is reminiscent of the Clinton State Dept's initial excuse that Benghazi was likely a result of the release of the "Innocence of Muslims" film, the two don't make sense as being aligned and raise questions. For example, suppose the original intent of the indictment being sealed was to keep it secret so they may eventually capture the men charged. Why unseal it and charge five additional men, who will now know they are being charged? Wouldn't that negate the original intent to keep these charges a secret from their intended target?
Additionally, why would you tell the targets to leave a location controlled by an ally? Furthermore, the AG's unsealing was directly aligned with the Biden Administration's strong-arming Qatar; why did they wait almost two months for one to result in the other? To provide more context, let's examine the timeline surrounding this ousting from October 7th, 2023, to the present day with some additional points of interest.

So it doesn't make sense that almost two months after unsealing the indictment on Hamas leadership, the U.S suddenly abandons its entire strategy of secrecy, tells the bad guys to run away, and then tells all of its allies they better not keep Hamas where we can see them. Forcing Hamas to go to the only place that will take them, Turkey. The timing of these actions, just a week before the U.S. election, raises serious questions about the political motivations behind the Biden Administration's decisions. If it was not due to the indictment, could this be a deliberate move to escalate the region into a more volatile situation? If not, what could be the true motive behind these actions?
If that's the true motivation, then why Turkey, and why now? Forcing Hamas to go to the only place that will take them, Turkey. If that's the true motivation, then why Turkey, and why now?

Intentional Timing:
Let's start here: from the Times of Israel, Jacob Magid reported: "A senior Hamas official said at the time they were aware of Qatar's decision to suspend mediation efforts but insisted they had not been told to leave the country. Israel's public broadcaster Kan said that Hamas members departed from Doha to Ankara after the Qatari government announced it was walking away from its previous efforts to negotiate a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. On Monday (11/18), U.S. State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller told reporters he was not in a position to dispute the claim. "We don't believe the leaders of a vicious terrorist organization should be living comfortably anywhere," Miller said, adding that this especially applies in the Turkish capital — a "major city of one of our key allies and partners.""
To the uninformed, Turkey has played host to many Hamas families living in the diaspora, and it seems like it would just make sense once kicked out; they would follow their families to somewhere they are welcome. The real reason Hamas has moved to Turkey seems to have been pre-determined. Due to the fact that just two weeks before the ousting, in the Oct 17th Istanbul meeting with Turkish foreign minister Fidan, he made a public vow that Turkey would "use all diplomatic means to mobilize the international community against the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza," Turkey is a U.S. ally and has an agreement to share intelligence, so there is a good chance U.S. intelligence had been informed, pre-Oct 28th order to Qatar, that Hamas was planning a move to Turkey and simply forced the move right as an election was taking place. What interest would the deep state and military-industrial complex have in Israel's enemy moving to Turkey and falling under their protection?
In Case you are unaware, Turkey is the only Middle Eastern country besides Israel to have nuclear bombs. You may be thinking, "But they're U.S hosted nukes, surely we can control them." Unfortunately, the answer to that is, maybe.According to the Federation of American Scientists, the U.S. military maintains 50 B61-12 Nuclear gravity bombs on the Incirlik Air Base in Turkey. For reference, B61-12 is not a missile-launched nuke; it's a drop-out of a plane nuke. The B61-12 can be set for airburst or ground burst detonation, and by free fall or laydown delivery through the use of a parachute to slow down the weapon during release from the delivery aircraft. All B61 nuclear bombs require codes to be armed, utilizing a system called a "Permissive Action Link (PAL)" which prevents detonation without the correct code being entered; essentially, no B61 can be detonated without the proper authorization through a coded input.
The ones hosted on the Turkish base are Cold War era Bombs. It is unclear if their PAL's have been upgraded under the last Trump Administration; it is indeed possible they remain Cold War era physical punch code pads that need to be entered physically on the device. While we do not know if the specific activation systems have been upgraded, it is possibly telling that the Biden administration made public their plans to upgrade the bombs in 2024 specifically. As published February earlier this year in an article written by Stephen Young:

"There is a second and compounding problem with the B61-13: It breaks a promise made during the Obama administration to eliminate all but one of the types of U.S. gravity bombs. Specifically, to win support for the B61-12—a new guided gravity bomb the Pentagon and NNSA badly wanted—the Obama administration proposed to retire the B61- 3, B61-4, B61-7, B61-10, B61-11, and the B83 gravity bombs, trading six weapons for one. Unfortunately, since its inception, the B61-12 has faced major cost overruns and years of delays."
So, the condition of the device upgrades, at least to us, remains unclear. The base itself is maintained by the Turkish military along with the U.S. 39th Air Wing. However, it is important to note that according to Military One Source:

"In mid-1975, the Turkish government announced that all U.S. bases in Turkey would close and transfer control to the Turkish military in response to an arms embargo the U.S. Congress imposed on Turkey for using U.S.-supplied equipment during the invasion of Cyprus. Only Incirlik AB and Izmir Air Station remained open due to their NATO missions, but all other non-NATO activities at these locations ceased. Congress lifted the embargo in September 1978 and restored military assistance to Turkey. Normal operations resumed after the United States and Turkey signed a Defense and Economic Cooperation Agreement on March 29th, 1980. For more history, visit Incirlik's homepage. Incirlik is home to approximately 1,465 military members. DOD and other civilians combine for a strength of 365 for a total population of 1,830."
From looking at this size of the base and proximity to surrounding villages, it means if the Turkish government suddenly decides they want to take control of those 50 nuclear warheads, there are only 365 American airmen/civilians standing in their way on a base they control.
It is not a far-reach of the imagination to think that Turkey may have considered this very idea. If we take a look at their stance regarding nuclear weapons, according to The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), "Türkiye has not yet signed or ratified the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW). Additionally, "Türkiye has consistently voted against an annual UN General Assembly resolution since 2018 that welcomes the adoption of the TPNW and calls upon all states to sign, ratify, or accede to it "at the earliest possible date". Erdogan himself has even cited his intent to have nuclear weapons and has previously publicly noted the disparity in economies for Countries that do have nukes vs. countries that do not.

This concern has been raised a few times, particularly in 2016 when the base was potentially compromised by an apparent coupe, and again in 2019 when Erdogan was continuing military operations in Syria that were particularly condemned by the U.S, as was also noted in the article by Hans Kristen we pulled that graphic from, written in October of 2019.
Now the U.S. re-affirms its standards and commitment with Turkey in their Annual DECA inspection at Incirlik. The event highlights the U.S.-Türkiye partnership for another year and lets the DOD know their 50 B61 bombs are fine and in safe hands on the Turkish-controlled base. It just so happens this event occurred on Nov 5-7, election day, and the two days following.

Events In Review:
If we look back at the timeline of events as it was laid out, likely the day or two following the event's conclusion, Hamas leadership was flown from Doha to Ankara. This all becomes even more concerning when you step back and take a mile-high view of the big picture. To add wood to the fire, the military-industrial complex has settled its sights on leveling the playing field in the Israeli war so it can escalate to irreversible levels. By ousting them to Turkey and aligning Hamas and all of the Islamist regimes doing the bidding of Iran, with a nuclear weapon-holding U.S. ally, they pit Israel vs. a now potentially nuclear enemy. An enemy they cannot attack because they are a nuclear arms partner of the U.S. At the same time, looking to lessen Israel's capabilities and bolster Iran and its military vessel's ability to continue the war, the military-industrial complex is utilizing lobbying efforts to Dem Senators with the intent of blocking the shipping of U.S. arms to Israel.
Once Again, Jacob Magid of the Times of Israel reports today; "The Biden administration is lobbying Democratic senators to vote against legislation being advanced by several of the party's most progressive members that would block more than $20 billion in weapon shipments to Israel, two U.S. officials told The Times of Israel on Tuesday.
The series of Joint Resolutions of Disapproval co-sponsored by Senators Bernie Sanders, Peter Welch, Jeff Merkley, and Brian Schatz is slated to come to a vote on Wednesday (11/21) and aims to block six weapon transfers to Israel, which include guided missiles, tank rounds, mortars, tactical vehicles and F-15 fighter jets."What makes this all the more incredible and almost unbelievably devious is that the Biden administration is stating TODAY the reason they're pushing back against these efforts by the senators is quote "At a time when Hezbollah is about to agree to a ceasefire, now is not the time to send a message to Israel's adversaries that there is a break in the relationship between the United States and Israel," the U.S. official continued. "It actually only encourages Israel's adversaries to be more obstinate and sends a terrible message to Iran, as Iran considers retaliation against Israel."
This Immediately begs the question that If they believe Hamas Leadership is "about to agree to a ceasefire," why in any sane world would you tell Qatar that continuing pursuit of the negotiations was pointless and to kick Hamas out of the very offices that were set up for the discussion of a ceasefire, forcing them to move to Turkey? Since it does not make logical sense for peace, it must then make logical sense to increase the conflict to a level that would suit the chaos needed to implode a Trump presidency before it began.
Incoming Administration's Relationship with Erdogan and Turkey:
So what is the current state of affairs?
Unlike Trump's relationship with Putin and Zelensky, Erdogan is an Islamist and has played a part in the ethnic cleansing of both the Armenians and the Kurds over the last eight years.
A Middle Eastern battle is not just a war of land, this is a religious war to Erdogan. Regardless of his relationship with the incoming Administration, he is more likely to ignore U.S. demands when protecting people whose extreme beliefs he holds himself. If we take his past actions with Armenia and Syria into account, he will probably continue whatever course he chooses if he is not met with something stronger than sanctions. However, we should be encouraged and take hope in the fact that Erdogan seems to look forward to another Trump Presidency, possibly even excited about it.
In his first term, the relationship between Trump and Erdogan drew scrutiny from the left, at one point Reuters even officially coined it as a "Bromance" due to the language and positive outlook both persons had during the majority of Trump's time in office. The two have had a working relationship that dates back to at least 2012. In that year Trump opened his Trump Towers in Israel and praised Erdogan publicly to the Turkish people saying he was "highly respected" globally.
The relationship met with tension in 2019 during the war In Syria, where Erdogan pushed into northern Syria, ethnically cleansing the Kurdish Syrian population there. Additionally, in December of the same year, the U.S. Senate Passed the House Resolution officially recognizing the Armenian Genocide and Turkey's role in it. In 2020, Amid outcries for condemnation of their actions, along with their purchase of S-400 Triumf air defense missile systems from Russia, Turkey had finally gone far enough that the Trump Admin had to do something.
The U.S. slapped sanctions on Turkey and removed them from the F-35 fighter jet program, also tabling a $100 billion trade agreement. At the time the Administration had hoped Ankara would step back from its purchase of the Russian Air Defense systems, but a senior Turkish official was quoted saying "Something like Turkey taking a step back from its purchase of S-400s is not on the agenda,". This made the sanctions a finality and drove a wedge through the relationship. In 2019, Joe Biden publicly blamed Trump for Turkey attacking Kurdish pop in Syria and called Erdogan an Autocrat. Fast forward three years, and you now have the Biden Administration influencing policy, which only served to lessen the diplomacy between the two nations. Due to the global outcry from the American Armenian population from the continued genocide being carried out by Azerbaijan and Turkey, Joe Biden becomes the first U.S. President to officially recognize the Armenian Genocide. Biden had informed Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the decision a day earlier. This action led to Jerusalem making remarks as the TIO Staff noted "terrible suffering' of Armenians in early 20th century killings by Ottomans, says nations of the world must 'ensure events like this do not again occur'". While this is not an official condemnation or recognition, it was enough to re-freeze the thawing relationship that existed at the time between Turkey and Israel. This was likely the beginning of the situation we find ourselves in now.

Moving Forward:
After the events of October 7th, Turkey has been highly critical of Israel's response, and they have continually decreased, finalizing the point we've seen play out over the last two weeks with them completely severing ties with the State of Israel. There has been a continuance of shipment of goods to and from Turkey via a loophole Israeli business owners utilized that allows for the transfer of Palestine-owned companies to continue commerce. However, Turkey, as of last week, is looking to sure up this and prevent all commerce.
The U.S.'s close alignment with Israel has created an environment where the Turkish government has decidedly worked with the enemies of Israel and the U.S. Given the Biden Administration record over the past year, the meeting taken on October 17th in Istanbul was likely to discuss the future of Hamas with the Leadership of Turkey. Reading the tea leaves in the messaging that Turkey's foreign minister provided directly following that meeting, could they have discussed the possibility of Harris vs. Trump administration over the next four years and what that would mean for Hamas?
Is that why, when told to leave, they were immediately received by Turkey, and did the U.S Intelligence know that is where they would go, intentionally leaving this mess for the Trump Administration? Well, there are hopeful signs that Favor the Trump Administration looking forward.
"With Donald Trump on course to begin his second term as U.S. president, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is eyeing renewed opportunities for collaboration – hoping to rekindle the close relationship the two shared during Trump's first presidency."
Erdogan, who congratulated Trump as a "friend" on social media, sees this as a chance to reshape US-Turkey relations. During Biden's presidency, engagement was largely limited to foreign ministers – marking a stark contrast to the "strong leader-to-leader relationship" Erdogan and Trump had enjoyed, says analyst Ozgur Unluhisarcikli, of the German Marshall Fund in Ankara. Trump and President Erdogan met face to face about nine times, compared to only two "brief encounters" with Biden, he adds." Secondly, the tabled 100 Billion dollar trade deal and the F-35 project seem to be top of mind for Turkey and the U.S. There have been multiple attempts to move the S-400 systems out of the country, but it appears Russia is blocking their attempts to sell them to Ukraine, and Iran is saying they do not need them and their systems are capable already.
There had been a proposal by the U.S. to potentially put the devices in boxes for permanent storage where the U.S. could inspect them, however, Turkey does not intend to waste the expense they paid for the systems. It appears the Erdogan administration has come to the conclusion the Biden Administration can not be trusted. This is made more obvious by the Turkish hardening in the weeks leading up to the election and the statements made by Erdogan last week at the climate summit. Multiple sources in Turkey and the U.S. have reported over the last two weeks, it appears the Erdogan administration has hung its hat on the hope a Trump Presidency might yield a more prolific relationship and a better understanding moving forward. With this in mind, might they have potentially collected Hamas leadership as a bargaining token?
They now hold the cards and are defended from Israel via being a nuclear arms surrogate of the U.S. But I believe we hope, along with the hopes of the Turkish people, amid intentional chaos being caused by the military industrial complex via the Biden Administration, common sense may soon be restored. That remains to be seen; in the immediate future, the larger worry is their relationship with Israel, which has drastically shifted in the last few days. We will cover the way forward in part two of this report.
